Eh. I like the LALALALALLALALA better. If possible, you, as an individual, might be able to mod it and change the sound (No guarantee) for your own game.
I'm not against a request like this, but it's highly unlikely someone would change something big like that.
However, we do need a jihad scream for the radio...

It IS possible to change it for client side. Tutorial:
1. Navigate to (YourDirectory)\Steam\steamapps\(yourusername)\garrysmod\garrysmod\sound\ttt
2. Record/rip sound from the video of your choice
3. put in the folder listed above
4. rename "jihad" to "jihadoriginal" or something similar, just keep the file.
5. rename the audio file to "jihad"
and that should work.

The Jihad file would be located, if Garry's Mod would actually download it as a normal sound file, to -Steam Directory-\SteamApps\common\garrysmod\garrysmod\Download\sound\siege\jihad.wav.
Though after checking that and any other download/sound related folder, I can't find it. So it's unsure if you're able to change it clientside.
