KOS on map exploiting?

So Yea I was killed for "map exploiting"
in 67th way I got myself stuck for blocking that white car that runs parallel against a red car
and "someone" said u can kill him for map exploiting
I was outraged on oh U can kill him for that

Also tho key word is "kos"
Even tho I wasn't map exploiting I just got myself stuck for that white car thing

Yeah I don't think that's allowed. If someone is map exploiting they can just inform a staff member who is on to teleport them. If there is no staff on though, then maybe that's okay. Otherwise I'm not sure.
