Is it RDM if...
I, as innocent, called the D to a body then ran away from said D?

Wait hold on...
Define what you mean when: "Is it RDM if I run away from a body"?
Otherwise...
Running away from an ID'd body is not traitorous. If someone kills you for it, it is RDM.
Running away from a Detective, even if he has DNA (that he thinks is on you but isn't sure) is not traitorous. If someone kills you for it, see the above for details.

"Look at the sky, is there a heaven out there? What do you see? Is it a road to nowhere? I see a mountain, high, that reaches to the sky forever."
It begins with a ring-leader; in this case Bob "Flaming Carrot" Burden. "We'll make history, lads" he enthues "The first up-tempo, now, 1980's, happening kind of comic book artists to ever draw on a girl's legs in a strange hotel room".

Sorry. I meant if I call a D to a body, pick it up, and then run away with it, as an innocent. Assuming my head gets shot off by an inno or detective, can I be slain for that?
