I really don't feel like setting up a GMod server... maybe Ghetto Hidden, eventually
DayZ is not something I enjoy playing a lot of, half the time I just end up playing the jogging simulator.
Well, for a community, Terraria would be a terrible idea to have at the start. All the plugins you need, and all this other stuff. So Terraria is out of context.
I have no idea what you can do for a server, but in my opinion, make it a server for a game that's decently cheap. If you host a server for a game that's 40$, I'm not sure how many people will play on the server. That's why our GMod server is so successful, EVERYONE has Gmod.
