Okay, this is just getting out of hand.
Il show you the situation i dealed with today and tell me who's side you'd take.
A player that was proven Inno and I (detective) were next to a health station giving the proven player health and i was giving them cover. When another player came over a hill bu us and scoped in on his rifle and took a shot by us. So i shot him out of reflex. Ended up he was just troll shooting and I got slayed for killing him.
Honestly, it's personal defence if they take a shot that hits right near your head. But, i think the rule should be changed so people cant troll shoot.

I'm pretty sure we already have a rule against it, I'll discuss this with my admins, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
