Shark said "shoot me in the face" (giving people permission to shoot him in the face once). I shot him in the face once with a shotgun and was killed for it. than next round i was slain for it by soul even though HE GAVE ME PERMISSION To SHOOT HIM!!!!

He didn't give you permission directly. He was quoting from a YouTube video(asdfmovie) when a character says "Quick! Shoot me in the face!". He never said " You can shoot me in the face!" and you never asked you could actually kill him. You just assumed you could actually kill him. This would've been fine:
Shark: "Shoot me in the face!"
You: "Can I actually kill you?"
Shark: "Sure!"
imo it was pretty obvious he was joking. Anyways, it was just a slay, not a ban or anything. No big deal.
