Absence of mods and admins

Lately there has been a stark lack of moderator and admin activity. There are long periods of time where the server is struggling to handle RDM without moderators or admins. There is also a back log of moderator applications, like Flams, that threaten to time out, without ANY replies.

We are working on finding trustworthy people to add to our team, we've been discussing with the other admins what we can do to improve the quality and the amount of the admins on.

I'm reviewing the apps again, I'm increasing our time out time, we've been busy, I've been busy.
