He was RDMing, and so when pyro told him that he was going to be banned but Pyro couldnt do it, the guy took advantage by swearing. Pyro is unable to ban right now he says, so that needs to be fixed lol... You will probably get the same request from Pyro but just making sure it does! Thanks
