I like classic Hip Hop. Public Enemy, Boogie Down Productions, Gang Starr, Etc.
*Some of this may not be family friendly, I tried to choose the ones with minimal curses.*







Some new hip hop based on jazz rather than funk is quite good too. Main point is expressions.

Sometimes I feel the need for some clean smooth jazz. I go to Soundrop (Spotify App) for that.

Only type of rock I really like is Gajin rock. It's a hard rock style mixed with J-pop.. Sounds bad, but Area 11 is pioneering it well.

System of a Down, Serj Tankian and Nightwish mostly. With occasional visits to Metallica, and game OST's (Especially Bastion. That music is just great).

I mostly listen to Hollywood Undead, Three Days Grace, Linkin Park (Hybrid Theory), Rise Against, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Celldweller.
Most of the time it's Three Days Grace or HU though.
