Unfair kill, and when challenged was kicked

So earlier today ~1:10 pm (my time), I was a T and troll shooting at Miss Chievous, and he/she killed me for it. So when I challenged the fact he/she killed me for shooting AT him/her I was kicked for "Arguing with an admin". So, later I was angry so I troll shoot at Miss Chievous and ask "You gonna kill me miss?" and was banned for 60 minutes, I am curious as to why the admin was allowed to RDM me and then punish me for questioning them?

tl;dr was kicked for asking why an admin rdmd me (No proper reason was established), then later banned for 60 minutes.

Edit: I forgot to mention the reason he/she gave me was that "You were shooting at me" (almost verbatim).

You were troll shooting, I know I was wrong to kill you, but it's because you were being smart about it. So you rejoin the server and say "[14:44:12] Kit - Sore Throat (No Mic): Okay miss, if someone shoots AT me I will kill them" then you come up to me and start shooting around me and say "[14:44:42] Kit - Sore Throat (No Mic): gonna kill me miss?" so I gave you a WARNING ban of an hour because you were arguing with an admin when all you had to do was say "Miss, you RDM'd me, can you slay yourself next round?" instead of being smart with me. So I do not feel as if you should be unbanned for this reason. It's an hour, it's not like it's a month.

To be honest, bans for 1 hour I won't unban just because it's not worth my while to investigate, obvious the reason for snik's ban is valid.
