DGKgamer Trolling/disrespecting other players

When I got on during a round after a couple of minutes a kid started complaining about getting rdmed, from there DGK started mocking him about it and being completely disrespectful so I took some screenshots of the chat, after talking to Share this is not the first time he has been disrespecting other players and I hope this will help deal with the troll. I admit that the kid was yelling but that was no reason to disrespect him for it just because you find it funny.

Yes.. DGKgamer has been disrespecting players too. Not only players, he was disrespecting a Moderator, calling him a whining two year old baby who cries every time he loses. (Pretty lame) Anyways, I'm positive that that Moderator will stand up during this post and explain his side of the story. He was on the verge of banning DGK for Admin Disrespect, but decided to give him another chance so he could change. However, this did not happen and he just continues on like nothing ever happened. I don't like this, I hate seeing other players getting disrespected for no reason at all, it gets on my nerves (I have no idea why, I have OCD, but that doesn't really make sense, I guess I just want to live in a world that's perfect or something) I feel that something should be done here. Thanks

Yeah I was about to ban him for disrespect a while ago but he sent me a message apologizing and asking for another chance. I have it to him and he promised he would not do anything like that again but if he is now I believe he should get banned.

I couldn't find him on Steam to get his Steam ID. So it's pretty hard to ban him. I can look through logs if you give me a time/date (and timezone, preferably)
