Really stupid middle schoolers
Really stupid middle schoolers
I don't know why but about more than halve of the people at my school are just dumb. For example one kid on facebook has his profile picture with him flipping off the camera. Another kid posted a fight on facebook. Also there are at least 5 kids doing drugs IN THE SCHOOL. One kid instead of doing their homework wrote "ain't nobody got time for that" on every single place to put an answer. There is five people who created there own gang in the school. Also a large group of 7th and 8th graders created a 30 second fight club, were two people fight for 30 seconds. There was also one kid who swore at the teacher for about one minute. Also one kid brought a 4 inch knife to school. If any of you have any other crazy things that happen in your school please respond so I know it's not just my school, and I don't know if this matters but i live right next to Detroit

I was surprised with the whole thing, till I read that you're from detroit that made more sense.
Re: Really stupid middle schoolers
My advice would normally get out of school and be homeschooled, but this is a special case.
GET OUT OF DETROIT IF YOU CAN!!!
GET OUT OF DETROIT IF YOU CAN!!!

Home schooling can be a slippery slope, if you can't afford private school or to move, I would do online school. That way you still get real teachers. Becareful though its easy to get lazy, stay disciplined.

Home schooling isn't a slipperly slope, what are you talking about? As long as you have good parents, homeschooling is INFINITELY better.Internet-justice wrote:Home schooling can be a slippery slope, if you can't afford private school or to move, I would do online school. I believe that the "as long as you have good parents" part is what he means. If your educator doesn't know what he/she is teaching well enough themselves then the task of receiving an education is dependent on how much the student is willing to push himself so he can be successful. The United States public school system has it's own flaws (and LOTS of them) but having people who have been trained thoroughly is a valuable resource. Online education sites provide professionals too, making them a decent alternative. That being said, if the homeschool teacher (parent usually) has knowledge in everything they are teaching, and has the means to provide their student with the correct set of skills, then it can certainly be better for the student then what a public school has to offer. Having the class be focused around the students individual needs instead of the needs of 20-50 young learners will speed up the process dramatically.Home schooling isn't a slipperly slope, what are you talking about?
