Storms
Storms
Storms have interested me ever since i lived in Alabama for 2 years. The reason for that is in Alabama they're storms all the time. The time that i was in Alabama there was a good amount of tornadoes in the area i was in. I've been paranoid of tornadoes after a few close calls. I've also always wanted to see a tornado in real life. I love to watch the storm chasers show. I was just wondering if anyone else had this interest storms. And sorry if my grammar is bad.
Re: Storms
As you can tell by my avatar I'm a really big fan of thunderstorms. Going to Nebraska to visit my dad in May (height of tornado season), hopefully I can see some great big ones.
Do you happen to be related to hotdogs? (One of our admins who is also from Alabama)
Tornadoes might be cool to see a couple times, I wouldn't mind seeing one.

Re: Storms
What I like about storms (mostly thunder and rain) is to sit inside with a cup of hot chocolate/tea infront of the fireplace with candles lighting up if the power is gone. Also playing board games or card games with my family. I love that, it's so cozy.
However, I don't have a direct or scientific interest in them, I just like them.

You can call me Hawkie. I love audio-, video-, and network-equipment.

Re: Storms
Astronomy has always been a huge interest in mine. Weather patterns and natural activity is also an interest. Never really been "huge" on meteorology, but it's still interesting seeing tornadoes the size of sky scrapers tearing a part a landscape.
