I have been trying to join all day but no matter what I do it always doesn't show it up, but when I try adding it to my server list it just says it's unresponsive. I'm really scared I'm not going to be able to play anymore. Please help me I'm so afraid.

Make sure hl2.exe is allowed through your firewall, your windows one and your antivirus.
Run steam as admin.
Type 'connect 66.150.164.212:27015' in console.
Delete Clienregistry.blob in your steam folder.
I think a lot of peoplehave been having this issue, as the server has been so empty. The most players I saw yesterday was 9 at peak times.
