@Soul: Yeah it's not hard if you just throw the plugin in and just click the check mark. But what I did was I made the image black and white, colored certain portions, made the colorful glowy swirls, and then threw the effect over it, with my own edits. (If you noticed, there's knobs and stuff you can play with in the effect)
PS: If you want the full version for free, send me a message over Steam. I have a crack that'll get you all adobe applications for free. And all updates free for life.
