So i've used the axe before, but this time I was a traitor, and as a traitor, i kill people.
i kill innocents. but there was this one time on rooftops when i killed a guy as a traitor with the axe and i was slain, WAT.

Killing people with the axe is considered RDM, even as a T. That's why you were slain.

You should know this by now, and I should probably make an official post about it or something...
Killing anyone with the charged axe, whether you are traitor or not is considered RDM. The reason this is handled differently than propkilling, is because of the insta-kill as soon as anyone touches it.
