Is the vote kick ability only for donators? and or anyone can?

Only donators.
With donators at least we know the majority of them are regulars, and they tend to play with big groups, the only worry about votekick was troll groups.

We now have monthly Donation Goal of 100$ a month.
It is there to cover our running costs and a small portion is there to help us add more servers.
