I assume your main focus will be gaming? Would you be interested in overclocking at all?

GPU:

HDD:

PSU:

This amount of power leaves some headroom, so if you choose to upgrade in the future, you shouldn't have to replace this.
Case:

There are countless amounts of great enclosures out there, and I think you should browse around a bit and try to find one that fits your liking. After all, you'll be looking at that part every day. I'm a fan of Cooler Master cases for sure, but it was more or less just to estimate the cost of an enclosure in the final price.
Keep in mind that you'll need an Operating System too. If you want a Windows OS, that's another $100. However, you could always go for Linux.
I don't know what your current peripherals are like, but that may need to be something you look into as well.
Peripherals are just as important as your systems power. In my opinion, if you can't flawlessly interact with the game, you'll never get the full enjoyment out of your games.
This all currently adds up to a final price of $1,122.91 but it's likely to be far from the final version. My build probably had about 20 different versions before I was satisfied
