This is what I can't stand.
"well hurr i shore have ben on le server for a wile"
"No asking for ranks." *Ban*

They're just saying that they have been on the server for a while. This is what deserves a ban:
"well hurr i shore have ben on le server for a wile. I can has rank? If nawt i hz ur ip n stuff"

Also, while I'm on a roll here, you can't DDOS someone with just an IP, so don't fall for noobs who say they got ur IP. It's a popularly believed myth.

Actually, you can DoS someone with just their IP. What else do you need? DoS attacks just send millions of requests to the host IP rendering it completely useless.

There's a difference between DISTRIBUTED denial of service
and just a denial of service
No one is smart enough these days to come up with a distributed denial of service.

We have never just banned people for those reason, we ban for real reasons. Not just things like that. We don't ban them if they are only asking how to get admin and such, but if they are acting like an admin, going around saying they are, then we may ban them.
