Okay, so. Here is the deal.
Everytime I try to play a game, my computer EXPLODES. yah, i am sure you are familiar with my exploding computer, now here is your chance to fix it in exchange for free hugs 4 life! :>
What happens is..
All of a sudden my laptop turns a random bright color and buzzes really loudly, which makes me jump and scares me 91% of the time. NOT COOL >:C
Its a Dell Inspirion 1464 with a hp pavillion harddrive ( Don't Ask. =.=) And if you need to know other specs, just ask because I am too lazy to look it up.
Honestly, I have noo idea what is wrong with it. So if you could offer helpful advice, or even a little support because you love me and feel bad, I would greatly appreciate it.
Much love,
Hotdogs <3

I used to have an Inspirion (1501 model to be exact)....
Anyways, this might sound dumb... but have you ever dusted it? Get some canned air or an air compressor set to a very low setting and just blow out the heatsink and fan at the back.
Where does the buzz come from? Is the buzz from the fan or the speakers?

No, I've never dusted it. I've bought it for like.. 100 bucks off of craigslist and its an i3 core processor.
And, the buzz comes from the speakers. It's very loud and makes my ears bleed :'C

Try dusting it, it could be a heat problem, and if that doesn't work (Wear earplugs to test, lol) try reinstalling the graphics drivers.

Yeah, either re-install or update your drivers if possible.
To add to that:
Vacuum cleaner works too. Not super safe, but it works.

What exactly happens?
Does the game crash? And when? on startup or after playing for a while?
Is it just a loud sound? Does it come from your speakers?
Do any messages pop up?
How does it change colors? Is the whole screen one solid color or multiple colors glitching out everywhere?
Does it go back to your desktop after?
To me it sounds like a video problem, but I need more info.

holy questions batman!
Okay. So the game completely crashes and the entire screen goes one solid color. It's a different color every time, sometimes purple or blue or yellow or green, and my speakers make a loud buzzing noise like its trying to play dubstep. Nothing happens after, it just stays that way forever buzzing until I shut down my laptop manually. I can't open or close anything and there is nothing on the screen, not messages or warnings just a solid background color and lots of buzzing that usually scares me to death because I knew expect it. :'C

As I said, try hooking it up to a monitor or a TV screen. Then play while using the monitor/TV for a while and see if the problem persists. If it does, then I bet you it's your graphics card messing up.

I would recommend first by downloading a new video driver here
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/ ... piron-1464
Then making your way to
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com to the "Download" tab. Off to the left of that screen is a "Top downloads" section. Go ahead and download "Combofix" and run it. If it stops you and warns you, make sure all your active anti-virus programs are disabled before continuing the installation.
There are 2 possible reasons why this is happening:
1) Your display driver is crashing and causing your entire system to hang
2) Your Graphics card is dying
