Essentailly you have a quad-core processor (It looks like 6, but that can't be right) and integraded graphics. 1GB of RAM and nearly 600MB of VRAM. I'm assuming you play garry's mod on low settings? :)

I got a new Asus U32U laptop some days ago, and it's the same model as I had before. The cooling fan on my Compaq broke, and I'd have to order a fan from the US and get it shipped here, so I decided to let that laptop rest in my basement and I got this one without paying anything. I love this laptop so much :D

Going to post some pictures soon, I haven't even taken off the stickers on it, probably not going to either :)

Well, here's my new desktop, bought it used for about $50. It's a HP Compaq DC7700SFF.

Pictures first (also my setup):

It fits right into my TV stand! :)

I love these type of desktops, they're called "SFF" or "Small Form Factor" and they're small, but powerful! (not all of them ofc, but this series of HP PC's are)

Specs:
  • Operating System
    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1

    CPU
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 2.13GHz
    Conroe 65nm Technology

    RAM
    4,00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 332MHz (5-5-5-15)

    Motherboard
    Hewlett-Packard 0A54h (XU1 PROCESSOR)

    Graphics
    VG1921wm (1440x900@60Hz)
    Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family

    Hard Drives
186GB Seagate ST3200822AS ATA Device (SATA)
75GB Seagate ST380815AS ATA Device (SATA)
The only downside is the GPU, which is an Intel Integrated card, but I'm going to buy a GeForce GT 610 512Mb for it in the future :)

I downloaded a BIOS update the other day only for it to crash half way through, and completely destroy my BIOS. My computer restart and would not Post. So...I had to replace the board, seeing how ASRock doesn't have a feature to restore a corrupt BIOS.

So, I replaced the board with the Z77 Extreme6 ASRock LGA 1155.

3 days before that I decided I needed to upgrade my cooling system. So, I bought a Noctua NH-D14, 140mm Cougar intake fan in the front, 2 side cougar intake fans, 1 cougar exhaust fan, and I replaced both top 200mm fans with NZXT's Silent series. 1 200mm is exhaust while the other is intake.

I took out the SSD cage and used the extra space to wire manage a lot easier. It will also help if I ever need to put a fan there. The wire management is like a C- but for my intense amount of impatience, I'd give it an A+

Oh, it has red LED's now. Can't really see them in the pictures because they're really dim. I'll probably throw a LED kit in there or something to spice it up. I have like $100 in newegg gift cards.

Oh yeah, I also bought stickers :)

My rig is basically the same as the last time I posted about it, but now I have at least one picture of the parts inside this monstrosity (The wires are all over the place, but I might take another picture afterwards, I plan on cleaning it a bit up tomorrow).

First of all, my specs:
Case: CM Storm Scout.
CPU: Intel i5 2500k - 3.30 GHz (obviously non-overclocked).
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 660Ti - 2GB VRAM.
Memory/RAM: 8GB (2x4GB).
HDD: Seagate Barracuda (1 TB - 7200 RPM) + Hitachi GST Travelstar (500 GB - 5400 RPM)
Power supply: Corsair GS600.
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z77 (Overkill, yes).
Monitor: BenQ LED GL2450HM (24") + Samsung SyncMaster (19", not sure exactly which SyncMaster it is though).
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium - x64 (SP1). [NO HERP DERP, LETS INSTALL WINDOWS 8 ON THIS COMPUTER LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL]

Image

This pic is basically how it looks like right now, except for the SATA cable (red, on the right) that goes to my HDD was placed wrong (I had to turned the HDD 180 degrees, basically) and right now it's facing the right direction.
And yes, I am indeed going to clean up this. As I stated above.

I need to get a bracket for it, considering it's a 2.5" HDD. So in the meantime, it can just hang there.
