First of all, get your Steam ID. Use this tutorial if you don't know how:

Reply with what you get, example of Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:12345678. After that I'll look into the ban.

I am not sure If I was banned again because I was being slain then my computer took over and started doing a auto update.

I went through the logs, I saw that you RDM'ed two people. Although, I do believe that you "crashed" (it did say that you timed out).
You got banned for a week, and since this is the second time you've actually been banned for RDM, I'll let this ban stay (Mostly because you killed a Traitor and an innocent).
You will be unbanned around 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on Saturday, December 7th 2013.

Friending some of the staff might be a good idea, that way you can tell us over steam once you've restarted that you're coming back from a computer crash before worst comes to worst and you're banned for a week.
