Hard Mode?

So someone asked me, and has done so in the past (back then I said no), about putting the server on hard mode.
I don't see why it needs to be on hard mode, because that would basically be on easy mode anyways, but whatever.

The server is set to normal atm though. Putting it up to hard wouldn't be that huge of a deal imo.

Hard Mode please, maybe I will actually come on the server then.. Too easy at the moment. Oh and maybe it will slow down Share from having the best equipment in the game..

I lost it all. Over 500 hours on the mc server, over 15k mob kills on the server alone, and everything. I don't go mining.

It should have started on hard mode...
