Whenever someone posts a comment in the Donation Forum Topic, under the Admin Discussion forum it shows that Alex has posted something into the Admin Discussion "Last Post: Alex" + It turns yellow (like everything else that is unread), and even if it wasn't even Alex who posted something.

It was posted in a closed-off section, but since normal people "technically" shouldn't have access to it (although, it's intended that they have) because it's closed off. That's the sole reason of it showing "false" last-post information, because it's showing whoever was the last person with access to post on that post on the specific forum.

It's set as a global announcement, and for whatever reason it lights up the upper most forum, I don't get why it does that but it does.
