Pronounciation failure in nicknames

Srsly I have been called "Ma", "Maxa" (REALY?), "Maxar", and "Maxaron". ITS EIDER MAX OR MAXARONI
Has any of this happened to you? (poke poke kei-u-enn)

Formerly when I had the name "Decactus". People seemed to try "Decatus".
