So the server is still on 1.5.2. Do not update if you still want to play on the server (not a big deal if you do anyways, you can downgrade using the new launcher).
I'm gonna wait for the Bukkit Team to release a Beta build for 1.6, since I've had bad experiences with development builds earlier.
