Moderator Application Information (Read this before posting)

General Info (Before you apply)
Welcome to FADW, here, is the first place to become part of the ADMIN team.
Being a FADW moderator gives you perks such as: Basic ULX Access (Such as change maps, kicking, banning, etc.), a voice in our forums for meetings, rules, etc.
We look for admins with dedication to keeping the server clean!
Please note that while moderator, a guardian can revoke your Admin access at any time
NOTE: You need to be 13 years or older to apply for moderator. This is due to legal reasons.

**To get your Steam ID, using this tutorial is recommended.

NOTE: Do NOT ask admins to vouch for you, if you are worth vouching for, they will vouch for you.
If your application got denied, wait 2-3 months after the denial before re-applying.
TOTAL VOUCHES DO NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT ON THE ADMIN TEAM, the guardians will review your behaviour, and will post a decision based on what they find.
Only FADW ADMINS can vouch for you.
