You hit print screen then open up paint and CTRL+V

Thanks for the help Delusional forgot about needing to paste it to paint :/ (i'm an idiot)

On windows 7 you can also open the start menu and type in "Snipping" and hit enter and the snipping tool pops up. Pretty much just opens a screen capture that let's you crop a specific piece out of your screen instead of having to do it later.
