Colors: I'd like it to have a lime green theme of some sort, or if that doesn't look right then a form of blue or red would probably be nice.

An image somewhere along the line of this, http://files.enjin.com/256779/aboutpage ... croped.png and this http://fc01.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/ ... 5qwfu8.png hand drawn would be nice if possible, seeing as it would be more custom.

I'd like my name somewhere on it, I think it may look good in a bubble text style, but if it looks terrible then please do change it, my mind is about 0% artistic vision =P.

Essentially what I'm going for with this, is summed up with the phrase #NTD (Never Trust Dergle), I'd like it to show some form of a character of mine, trying to appear innocent, as I'm doing something traitorous, about to back-stab somebody, hiding a body, etc.

If you need any additional information then please do ask! I'd be happy to help out as much as possible.
