how do you not understand what I said? I USED PHOTOSHOP. The PLUGIN i used to make the EFFECT was the DEMO version. understand?

@Soul: Yeah it's not hard if you just throw the plugin in and just click the check mark. But what I did was I made the image black and white, colored certain portions, made the colorful glowy swirls, and then threw the effect over it, with my own edits. (If you noticed, there's knobs and stuff you can play with in the effect)
