Fall, that time of year...

Post by TheRedDuncan »

When the power goes out. and just when I was about to play too.
So basically, after I finished with everything, and was about to play. BOOP power gone. BYE.

And then I went on a bike ride.

So how's your fall going?
"Look at the sky, is there a heaven out there? What do you see? Is it a road to nowhere? I see a mountain, high, that reaches to the sky forever."

It begins with a ring-leader; in this case Bob "Flaming Carrot" Burden. "We'll make history, lads" he enthues "The first up-tempo, now, 1980's, happening kind of comic book artists to ever draw on a girl's legs in a strange hotel room".

I had to carry 3 pallets of timber(? like, whatever you use in a fireplace) and stash it into our shed yesterday. It was not fun.

Woodchucks. Timber would be WAY too heavy for you to carry.

In Norway, it becomes wayy too cold for a simple conditioner, and wood is usually cheaper than a electric heater.

Fireplaces aren't eco-hostile. Most of the smoke will get caught up and neutralized by forests again, which we replant after chopping it down. If you're using an electric heater however, it may not be very eco friendly outside of Norway due to the fact that most electricity there is made by burning oil or coal.

The reason why we don't use coal in the fireplace is because it doesn't give much heat when it's in small amounts. Sure, it burns longer, but it won't heat up my three-story house in 15 minutes. The smokes and fumes also smell a lot compared to firewood, which is quite nice.

My fall consisted of helping my father, along with some other family members take down a old house. Then later burning all the wood. FUN!
